I bought it at Michaels, they sell it for painting items to be used outdoors. I have some that are six years old that are weathering, but holding up fine. I seal the stones with concrete sealant, paint, then seal with marine sealant.

I have yet to own a dog who's inclined to move the stones around. Thankfully. lol
