a Tradescantia or spiderwort. But can find no photo that looks just like this one. So maybe I am looking in the wrong place? I got it as a passalong plant years ago and kept it in pots until one year it spilled out and rooted in a flower bed. Now I can't get rid of it as it is under a rose and I would have to dig up the rose to sift the dirt. Anyhow, I am thinking that it grows so well maybe I could use it as a groundcover in my back yard--but would like to know what it is before I actually put it in the ground someplace else!

It has thick succulent type leaves and blooms with tiny pink flowers. You can just pull them out and stick in a pot and they fill it quickly. It does great in partial shade in my east facing courtyard. There is a dripper and the rose gets watered more often than other plants so it does like a bit of water. Thanks for any help.
