Claudia, great shots of the Robin with it's wormy treat! Smiling And, I love the Wrens ... so cute!

Nothing special going on here today; we don't really do anything for the holiday ... well, we did work in the yard all day as I have been doing all week! I cut back a very large boxwood hedge that was dying and we had some guys grind the stumps yesterday so hubby went and got sod today and we laid sod in that area. It's so hot and difficult to work in 90ยบ heat but we got it done! I kept saying we should have waited for winter to do such work ... but it's done now and hopefully we'll get some rain this evening to water in the sod; heard thunder and there are storms in the vicinity but so far nothing here in our neighborhood! If the rains don't hit we'll set the irrigation system to come on.

We thought about going somewhere locally to watch fireworks tonight but we're just too tired ... we're getting take out from Texas Roadhouse and will stay home and watch the fireworks on t.v. .... if we can manage to stay up that late! Green Grin!
~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt!
