It takes quite a bit of activity for a plant to make the list. It's based on how many different people posted pictures, comments or growers reports to each plant. In Plumeria, there just isn't a lot of different people posting to them.

Plumeria (Plumeria rubra 'Divine') is one of the most popular plumerias in our database but it only has 3 individuals posting to it.

Contrast that with Pride of Barbados (Caesalpinia pulcherrima) which came in at #50 (last place on the list) and has numerous individuals posting. That shows how tight the competition was.
