Go to the Tomatoes Database and click on "Search by characteristics (height, bloom color, etc)"
You can go directly there by clicking here:

Then scroll down to the "Best Uses" area and check off "Canning" and then click on the Search button back at the top, and you'll find 546 tomatoes that are good for canning.
