You aren't asking for to much are you? lol Let me think on this...I have loropetalum/Chinese Fringe that grows fast but because it is in the shade, it does not flower. It's still pretty. But it needs kits of pruning to keep it compact while growing. weird that you have to cut it to make it tall...like trimming long hair to make it longer.ha! I'll keep thinking.
