I'd say that some of them might have different thicknesses/types of materials; the heavier would wear longer (probably), but you might lose varying degrees of flexibility and comfort with the heavy-duty styles.

I'm fairly certain that I chose these http://www.mechanix.com/womens... . Right after I placed an order online and received my gloves I found out Lowe's had them. Hilarious!
If you have one nearby you might try on several to see which ones you like best. Smiling
