I'm determined not to buy any more. I have a few good spots for roses, but I also have lots of roses that are growing in too much shade, so I'll be more likely to move roses this fall than to buy them.

Of course, all of that determination could be neutralized by a single look at the Palatine site when it's updated in August or September, especially if Palatine offers grafted versions of the roses I now have in own-root form. I would love to replace my puny own-root Las Vegas, Osiria, Lynette, Monika, Out of Africa, Flaming Peace, and some others with grafted roses from Palatine. They've carried all of these in the past, so I can only hope they'll carry them again this year.
