My goal when I asked this in the first place was to improve the database. We have so many plants with no images that it would be nice if someone would make the effort to add some pictures. The same for plant data; too many plants with no data at all. I make good use of my free time to make additions for plants that I have studied/researched, sometimes working until 4am.
On a totally different site (not plant related) anyone can search listed cemeteries and can narrow the search for memorials:
- added in the last 24 hours
- added in the last 7, 30 or 90 days
we can also specify:
- memorials with photos
- memorials without photos
That site has over 116 (one hundred and sixteen) million memorials listed. I just figured if it was possible on that site that it might be possible here as well.
Yes, we would probably first have to select which genus we are searching here on ATP, or may have no narrow by cultivar for some that have numerous entries (on the cemetery site we need to specify which cemetery and in the case of large cemeteries we need to specify the first two letters of the surname) before we can hit the magic 'easy button' to narrow the search by photo or data, but the technology exists.
