ha! I could get at LEAST 2 acres out of that kind of $$.
The thing is, by the time they do site surveys, and satellite mapping, and run a million soil tests, and then get the opinions of all the experts and the people who may be Impacted by this.... Ah heck. Give a bag of seeds to every person who wants one and point them to the open road. It would be done just as well and a lot cheaper.
