Those snazzy new lantanas are by Proven Winners so any nursery that sells PW plants should have them (if not now then soon.)
Call your local Home Depot and ask about it. If they don't have it, ask if they can order it for you. Berridge Nurseries in Phoenix is a PW retailer, too.
