Hi Lin,

The light green one, trailing, looks like Sedum morganianum. Sorry no id for the one beside it.

The last one, somehow reminds me of Echeveria 'Doris Taylor' because of the fuzziness of the leaves, but the shape of the leaf is a bit pointed, so I maybe wrong. Safe to say some type of Echeveria. But if the leaf edges start to show/develop reddish spots, who knows, it might be a Kalanchoe. Shrug!
