There is a 'Velveteen' ... ED SKROCKI (US), 1993 http://www.smgsucculents.com/s... This one has prominent cilia.

And a 'Pacific Velveteen' ... GARY GOSSETT (US), 1992 http://www.smgsucculents.com/s... This one has a velvet texture. Looks similar to Pacific Mauve, but has some differences that set the two apart.
