The scapes are around 24 -26 inches.... A few years ago I had a Sigourney kid bloom which is on the small side and I purposely crossed it to a few small flowered cultivars, just to see what would happen.Last year I kept several from a first cross and will keep these two from other crosses this year. Sometimes as hybridizers we can get so focused on our main goals, making a few outside the box crosses brings a welcome element of surprise and fun into the seedling bed.
