yes, Gleni - It looks like the keeping properties are similar to regular winter squash but that the spaghetti squash don't keep that well - maybe two months in ideal conditions.

Thanks Farmer Dill. I bought the two transplants but apparently lost the markers...not sure which variety. Some of the fruit is already pale cream/green although others are more the color of a striped green zucchini. Hmmmm.

I'm investigating using my cold storage room in the basement this year - has a dirt floor and cement walls...needs cleaning out and some sort of storage system devised. Had hoped to put the squash there but now, maybe not.
