Thanks, Catmint! Yes, I'm always on the lookout for seedheads and propagative material to pick up off the ground. I was helping out the groundskeeping staff at Hershey by deadheading that cockscomb (still don't get why my husband was so appalled Shrug! ). I had a hard time finding that one tiny seedhead, the groundskeepers there are meticulous! Good thing cockscombs are so generous with seeds anyway.

I really love the contrast between the crocosmia and the ageratum. It almost hurts your eyes, it's so bright. But in small doses with lots of green leaves, it's exciting. I think I will try to divide that Dazzleberry this fall and plant my front yard with it and something else lime green... I love the Angelina but I hear it can be hard to get rid of once established?

This swamp milkweed is growing in a crack in the pavement so I don't think I can dig it out without killing it. I will, however, let it go to seed and save them for you. Then you will have more swamp milkweed than you know what to do with. Glare It becomes weedy and the plant gets big. You have been warned! Smiling
