Foliage Fan Lover of wildlife (Black bear badge) Birds Bee Lover Hummingbirder Butterflies
The flowers look like Xerochrysum but the fuzzy leaves shape and color don't seem to match up to anything I can find in any genera with 'Straw flowers'. It's perennial in this zone(9b), trailing, low growing (8")and is just developing flower buds (08/14). The photos in full flower are from last year (09/13) Need a few more brains in on this one. I tip my hat to you.
