It blooms on new wood. That explains why all of my flowers are at the tips of tall thin branches. I'm in zone 8a. Do you all think that it's too late to prune and fertilize my ROS? It's a double lavender, in full sun, and we get plenty of moisture here (especially during August) with high humidity.
