I teach 3rd grade and we have new science objectives this year. One thing I have to teach my kids is how new plants are the same/different as their parent plants and the plant life cycle. I immediately thought of daylilies since they are so beautiful and easy to grow. Is there a website that would list the parentage of registered daylilies? I would also love it if you could post pictures of parents & offspring that you have created. I am also looking at how hard/expensive it would be to grow seeds with my class. Are there inexpensive places to get daylily seeds?
