It's a Cranefly in the family Tipulidae, which are very difficult to identify without a key, and often a specimen is needed unless you can show unique characteristics.
In this fly, there looks to be obvious patterning on the wings but the lighting is not showing it well enough. Other features usually needed to verify a species include the antennae, wing venation, pattern on thorax and abdomen, and shape of ovipositor or if a male the obvious reproductive organ.
