Last nights dinner. Garlic crusted Zucchini/Eggplant Pizza with fresh herbs, homemade salsa used as the pizza sauce, topped with zucchini and eggplant slices, fresh romano and parmesan cheese, Black Krim and Black Prince tomato slices, sprinkle of sea salt and pepper and little cheddar cheese on top. The kids and I devoured it in a matter of minutes. Came out awesome!
