The left side blue menu strip is no longer right under the banner for me...hasn't been for 3 or 4 days and I have no clue as to why. I miss it being there.
gingin, try scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and see if you see it there. I noticed this as well while looking at the site the other day on a PC. (It looks the same as always on my Mac, but it had changed on the PC.)
