They can have my irises. The strange thing is that the gophers haven't touched the irises. I sited the irises wrong when I moved them from the top of the slope. I thought they were dwarf bearded irises and planted them near the front of the beds. HA ! They turned out to be tall bearded irises once I moved them to a spot they liked. I had planned to dig them out this year, but too many other things needed to be addressed and I never got to that project.

Now I am looking to add plants that don't need to be divided, but am spending my time fighting gophers.

It's always something.
