Thanks Tara! Hopefully some of my plants will bloom next year? I had to scrub some scale bugs off of one plumeria. The infestation was so bad I thought it was bark.The stem was also yellow where they had been so hopefully it will recover. I still have one more that I need to treat. Thumbs up
