Vincas have come a long way in recent years both in terms of performance and color. Hurray!
The glossy leather-like leaves are ignored by insects and deer. As the photo conveys, the display is striking. They can take neglect and get by with less water than most other annuals. This photo was taken 9/11 when the marigolds and petunias are winding down and these vincas are like the Energizer Bunny ... They just keep going and going. Highly recommended
