I think I missed this Lynn. That is a good idea. I have not tried tulips for awhile because of the rabbits and deer never let me see a bloom. I will pick some up when Lowes put them on sale for 75% off this fall. If the animals eat them it will not cost a lot to give it a try again.

I went out and planted them today and moved some of the other sedums I have like tri-color,, and I put some more tall sedums between the long strip. I will see how it looks next year if tall ones look good or if I should stick with only ground cover type in the area. Next to the lampost I have a daylily and a bright orange Geum. That thing is a beacon of color. Rolling on the floor laughing
