Wow, really pretty plant! Your photo doesn't enlarge when I click on it and my first thought was one of the variegated Plectranthus but it really does look like S. obermeyerae as purpleinopp stated. Check out these photos for comparison:

Confusing though ... The Plant List shows both S. obermeyerae and H. obermeyerae as being accepted names. Is it the same plant or is the Plant List outdated?
