The shape and markings suggest Phantom Hemlock Looper - Nepytia phantasmaria

If you click on the 'next plate' of the above link you will find other Nepytia species which are similar, depending on location.

There's also Nepytia canosaria - False Hemlock Looper which isn't listed for your area.
