Looks like you repotted already? I would too. Great find! Philos are awesome. Should outgrow the damaged leaves very soon, but I would probably leave them on as long as the damage is stable, not spreading. Those leaves are still helping support/grow the plant, and it doesn't have many (yet, but it will!)
