Monsanto is taking farmers to court because they are buying seeds one year and then saving seeds from that crop to plant the following year. So Monsanto says this is "seed patent infringement". I hope there are other companies to buy seeds from, because this is ridiculous. Not to mention the nasty GMO factor!!
