I have no use for internet bullies!

It would be better if we could see the entire plant and detail of leaves.

From what I can see in the photo I would say your plant is not Sea Myrtle (Baccharis halimifolia) - front and back of leaf.

Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith"
