Hi,

The flowering plant in this photo doesn't appear to be burnweed. I can't see the arrangement of the leaves well enough to be certain, but it appears to be White Snakeroot (Ageratina altissima).

There are what might be leaves of burnweed in the upper left hand corner of the photo, but the plant in the center isn't associated with those leaves.
