Has anyone experienced lablab purpurus? Easy to grow vining hyacinth. Purple flowers attract hummingbirds, butterflies better than anything else! I live in south Texas and have grown these in shade, full sun and they are very drought tolerant. The flowers turn into purple seed pods that dry out and are easily harvested for next generation worth of seed. Or, don't harvest them and it will self sow and spread year after year. We have them looking for more room to climb at the top of 8' trellis's.
