Chuck, I was in a hurry today and managed to get the digging fork into 2 of the tubers. I'm wondering, after reading all the posts I could find here on the subject, whether I should dust the cuts with cinnamon? I'd rather not use an anti-fungal powder. I'll be storing them in plastic store bags with dry grow mix as you recommend. They did amazingly well in our short season here!

And I'd like to have them to plant again in the spring, so any advice will be appreciated.
