Great article! I first started putting geraniums in our crawl space when we lived in OH. In spring, I would go down to get them and they were starting new growth. I didn't know if it was magic or a miracle.
Geraniums are wonderful in that they bloom reliably from spring to first frost. I have several and have grown them all from seed.
I just leave them in their pots and add soil in the spring. Some of them are 14 years old.
