Two things that I have found that work very well are...
If you live in a somewhat rural area just break and egg and pour it in the hive entrance at sundown. The local skunk will find the egg and devour the yellow jackets in the process.
One the is currently working extremely well for me is to use one of the standard yellow pheromone traps and add several balls of raw ground turkey.
