What wet food the cats won't touch the Bush Stone-Curlews make short work off. But sometimes the curlews act strangely: they stand still, pose and don't eat. Tonight I thought I would watch from above through a parted blind.

Out of the daylilies plopped this, dropping two feet to the driveway, warding the curlews and making short shrift of any food in sight.

Northern Brown Bandicoot is a small, nocturnal, ground-dwelling marsupial.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
