Your Idea is indeed sitting in the queue waiting for me
When you submit your Idea, the message on your screen lets you know that it was submitted successfully and that someone would approve it in due time.
When it is approved, you get another system message, then another when I assign a date to it. Usually, I both approve and assign dates at the same time (but not always)
If, for some reason, an article is "rejected", I send it back to the author with an explanation. I say "rejected" in quotes because it isn't actually rejected, it just needs a little work
