Jeri: Some of us here in Florida have been a bit frostbitten this winter too, so you are in good company!
My yard looks like crud ... ugly, brown, mushy plants! It's hard to look out the window the way it looks right now. I sure can't wait for March 1st so I can begin pruning and cleaning up the mess and seeing what has any life left! This is the Schefflera tree in my backyard as it looks a few minutes ago! Ugly, huh? and, the Hibiscus just to the right of the Scheff. It's depressing for those of us in the south who aren't used to seeing this very often.
