The store's a very nice mom'n'pop, with an indoor greenhouse section where such temperamental delicacies as Philodendrons live all year, and there are some plants so big and old, they don't even have price tags, a staghorn fern that would take a crane to move, and a mini garden looking for someone to plunk down $750 to own it. Other similar succulent plants were in their usual area.
Glad to hear nobody thinks it was because the plant looks bad or ill. I sure don't think so. It could be any of the above things, I won't question it anymore, just enjoy my pretty new gal. TYVM!
