I believe I heard about SR not throwing marked offspring from someone on the yahoo group, also just my observation from offerings in the exchange. I don't plan on doing much with SR. However, I have always found it difficult to walk past it if I happen to have some anthers in my hand.

Della, I agree with you about the Griesbach 4ns and your description describes them well. One of my major disappointments. Almost all of my 4n seedlings from Sims' seeds turned out pretty nice. Glad I still have a store of his seeds in my freezer.
