That will make a really gorgeous bonsai tree, Adam. If you grow just a single one, it maybe will make a bigger trunk as you keep trimming it, and show off its pretty bark colors.

Here's pictures of one I saw at the botanical garden in Gr. Cayman a couple of years ago. They get really large!
