The Ruffled Fan Palm is short in stature compared to other palm trees but those leaves are huge and I just love their fan shape. I wish they would grow in my zone but unfortunately we have frost and freezes on occasion where I live.
I love Selby Gardens but it's been a long time since I've been to the Sarasota area. I hope to get over to the west coast in the not too distant future and they are at the top of my list of places to visit. I could spend hours just walking around that property!
