There actually is one or more.... where the same name could then be jostled about within the taxonomic hierarchy. But then the name would have no meaning in regard to the plant identity itself, like it could be a number, or something nonsensical. Names would be completely flavorless.
What you want is a common name that would be universal?
Well, Esperanto didn't catch on, either.
