and thanks for taking the time to share your hints, tips, ideas and especially your favorite (and maybe not) vendors! Being at the age where I no longer 'know it all' I try to avoid the costly (especially on my budget) learning experience! Not quite a year since starting my garden in California's High Desert, I have decided to devote one bed to heirloom irises and have decide to order from Bluebird Haven. This will be only my second order from a grower and I hope it will be better than the first. BTW; the snow peak iris link is broken and I believe they are no longer in business. (Maybe just the internet site).
