I have a story to tell about gifting Amaryllis at Xmas. I ordered Amaryllis bulbs to be mailed to both of my daughter in laws as an early Xmas gift. Both told me that they never grew and they discarded them. Oh well, won't do that again, just send them cash for Xmas.
