Thank you Smiling The Fred Ives is spectacular. I have been after one for ages but no luck so far (unless this is one but the colour isn't as vibrant). This species is so variable and changes colour all the time.

Between the sempervivum and the rosette succulents it can be darn near impossible to be 100% sure of anything. I was trying to go by petal number/shape/position but that's difficult as well.
