The Petrea volubilis or 'Queen's Wreath' is sometimes referred to as the tropical Wisteria. Here it is well-established on an arbor at Naples Botanical Garden. The Strongylodon macrobotrys or 'Green Jade Vine' was planted later since (being fully tropical) it needs a bit of protecting from the cold. It is now growing on the inside of the arbor and is starting to mix with the Queen's Wreath. Here is the first bud that made it all the way to the top! In a few years the entire arbor will be covered with both of these vines.
