The color is right and timing (April) for pear but the shape and branching is off.
wrong shape and branching for serviceberry, and too large (size and age of trunk)

Looks like a white flowering cherry of some sort.

The cherry has a smaller more delicate flower that allows you to see through the tree, opposed to a crabapple and cherries normally flower earlier (April)
The other tell tale sign is no tint of green, crabapples normally have some leaves when flowering and most cherries flower before leaves can be noticed.

Of course this is just opinion from my experience.
