This is the first time I have left my Plumeria Celadine outdoors this winter. Last year, I had kept it indoors and allowed it to go dormant. This 2015, with our extremely dry winter, I have decided to leave it outdoors. Have pulled it indoors during our initial heavy rain in early Dec 2014, and during one hard freeze forecast after Christmas, but the rest of the time I have it outdoors. So far it is still holding well, some odd leaf marks here and there, but the tri-tip part is doing okay. The old inflo stalk at the center is done now.
Our temperature outdoors swings from low 39F to high 75F, and I guess our dense fog mornings is also helping this plant for its humidity needs. I only watered the plant once this January, the rest of the time, keeping it dry.
